Cleanroom Equipment Q&A

Answers to the most common questions about our cleanroom booths, air showers, FFU units and services. Can't find your answer? Ask our engineers.

What is a modular cleanroom booth and when should I choose it instead of a full cleanroom?

A modular cleanroom booth (also called a softwall clean tent) is a self-contained frame structure with integrated FFU filtration that creates a local high-cleanliness zone. It is the right choice when you only need a controlled environment for a specific process: it costs 40%–60% of a traditional cleanroom, installs in about 24 hours, and can be moved, dismantled or expanded as your production changes.

Which cleanliness classes can your equipment achieve?

Our modular cleanroom booths routinely achieve ISO Class 7 (Class 10,000) and ISO Class 8 (Class 100,000), with custom configurations up to ISO Class 5 (Class 100). Our dynamic pass boxes and FFU supply air reach ISO Class 5. We serve applications across Class 10 to Class 100,000.

How long does delivery and installation take?

Standard-size products ship from our own factory in as fast as 3 days. Because all components are prefabricated, on-site assembly of a typical cleanroom booth takes only about 24 hours, and our professional installation team provides nationwide and overseas service.

Do you provide custom (non-standard) solutions?

Yes. Custom design is one of our core strengths. We provide free CAD/3D drawings and one-on-one engineering support for non-standard dimensions, special materials, intelligent control modules, UV disinfection, ionizing nozzles and CE/FDA certification for export.

What materials do you use for cleanroom equipment?

We strictly select national-standard SUS304 stainless steel (316 available for corrosive environments), anodized industrial aluminum profiles, and H14 HEPA filters with efficiency of 99.995% at 0.3μm, in line with GMP specifications.

Can your products help us pass GMP or ISO 14644 audits?

Yes. Our equipment is engineered to GMP and ISO 14644 requirements. Features such as dual interlocks, liquid-trough sealing, PAO test ports and differential pressure monitoring support validation, and we provide documentation and third-party cleanliness testing assistance.

What is the warranty and after-sales service?

We offer a 12-month whole-machine warranty (consumables such as filters and lamps excluded), lifetime technical support, 2-hour response with a preliminary solution, on-site arrival within 24 hours (48 hours outside the province), and original spare parts. Half-yearly inspections are arranged during the warranty period.

Which industries do you serve?

We provide purification solutions for semiconductor and optoelectronics, electronics, medical devices and sterile rooms, biopharmaceuticals, food processing, precision machinery, universities and research laboratories.

Can I get a quotation before purchasing?

Of course. Submit your requirements through our contact form — including cleanliness class, dimensions and industry — and our engineers will reply with a free 1-on-1 consultation, preliminary design drawings within 24 hours and a factory-direct detailed quotation.

Do you export internationally?

Yes. Our products have entered European and Southeast Asian markets, and CE/FDA certification adaptation is available for overseas customers, together with export-grade packaging and logistics.
